All orders are processed upon receipt. We will always try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing in addition to shipping times. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected during checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received during normal business hours (9am-5pm MON-FRI). Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. 

Standard shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 1-5 business days after for delivery. All orders received after 3pm PST will be processed the following business day.

We offer overnight shipping on all orders placed before 12pm PST. If you select overnight shipping, orders will be processed the same day they are received via USPS Priority Mail Express. We are not responsible if your order is not delivered on time as promised by them. Please contact USPS or your local post office for further information regarding delayed packages.
All free shipping orders with promotional codes are only eligible for First Class Mail. If the weight of your package exceeds the maximum allowed weight for First Class Mail, the cost will be covered by FEMME by Alonna Elaine. 

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order was placed. 

If a package is returned to FEMME by Alonna Elaine due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee. 

Once packages leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by USPS.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active or update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2PM PST on Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking information to become available.
