REFUND POLICY

We hope you are fully satisfied with your FEMME by Alonna Elaine purchase! Due to hygiene and sanitary concerns, our eyelashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. In the event you are missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Email us at femme@alonnaelaine.com with your order number, missing item(s), and our team will get back to you within 48-72 hours.

Our press on nails are eligible for a return if unused or damaged. You have seven days from the delivery date to request a refund. We will not cover return shipping costs - the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. For added protection measures and to ensure we receive your returned item, it is recommended you pay for signature release and tracking. Once your item is received, we will examine your item and the reason for a refund request to determine if we can process your return. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing your returns to determine eligibility. If approved, we will issue your refund, minus shipping, back to the original payment method.
