REFUND POLICY

Due to hygiene and sanitary concerns, our eyelashes, cosmetic, and beauty products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. In the event you are missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Email us at femme@alonnaelaine.com with your order number, missing item(s), and our team will get back to you within 48-72 hours.
In the event you are eligible for a refund, FEMME by Alonna Elaine will not cover return shipping costs - the customer is responsible all associated return shipping costs. For added protection measures and to ensure we receive your returned item, it is recommended you pay for signature release and tracking. Once your item is received, we will examine your item and the reason for a refund request to determine if we can process your return.
