2. Why don't you sell Mink lashes - they're so popular?
a: Mink lashes are the industry standard for quality however, they come at too costly a price. We are unwilling to ever compromise our desire to remain cruelty free. Our Better Than Minks lashes far exceed the quality of Mink lashes, without causing unnecessary harm to animals and adhering to our company motto – “Guilt Free Indulgence”.
2. Do you offer lash glue?
a: We wanted to simplify the lash application process for every level of lash connoisseur out there - from novice to advanced. Instead of traditional lash glue, we offer our innovative and simple to use 2-in-1 DRAMA-FREE LASH LINER ADHESIVE. With easy to follow instructions, this tool dramatically simplifies the lash application process - making it that much easier to channel your inner glam-girl.
3. Do your nail kits come with adhesive?
a: YES! We wanted to give every #FEMMEBABE a special treat of one FREE LUXE NAIL ADHESIVE with their nail kit. Additionally, we have LUXE NAIL ADHESIVE KITS available for purchase as well.
4. When will my order be processed?
a: We are open Mon-Fri 9-5pm and all orders will be processed within three business days + USPS shipping times. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details.
5. How do I track my order?
We have a TRACK MY ORDER link on our home page that allows our customers to track where their package currently is. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to be uploaded into the system.
